CHEF & FOOD DESIGNER JESSEY HULSEY
Born and raised in NYC, Chef and Designer Jessey Hulsey has had a passion for food, art, music and all things that bring beauty, joy, love and passion into life since as early as she can remember. She enjoyed watching cooking shows more than cartoons as a young child and was cooking with her Japanese mom as soon as she could hold the kitchen utensils!
For her food is such a beautiful way to spread love and happiness to people and she believes in the importance of nourishing people's body and soul with food that has been prepared with love and the best ingredients. She sees the need to teach people that our bodies are our one and only vessel this lifetime so how we fuel it is vital to our health, peace of mind and happiness.
Jessey studied at the Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan and has been cooking professionally for sixteen years. She started Elevate Catering three years ago because she wanted to empower herself and show her children that we all have the Ability to be independent and free as long as we are brave enough to take that leap, work hard, believe in ourselves and follow our passions. Her two children are her biggest cheerleaders and of course her biggest motivation!
Jessey hopes to share her love and passion with the world and Elevate flavors, Elevate beauty, Elevate creativity, Elevate design, Elevate love and Elevate light!
